Kick your culinary skills and holiday menus up a notch and go “Into the (Holiday) Kitchen with L’Academie de Cuisine.”
Washington Hebrew Congregation and L’Academie de Cuisine are partnering to offer an exclusive holiday cooking classes in L’Academie’s professional kitchens.
On Wednesday, September 6 at 6:30 pm, we’ll be cooking a delicious High Holy Days menu featuring:
Roasted Carrot and Ginger Soup with Mascarpone
Quinoa Arugula Salad with Roasted Pears, Feta, Pumpkin Seeds, and Cider Vinaigrette
Seasonal Fish en Papillote, Provençal-Style
Spiced Apple Walnut Cake with Lemon Cream Cheese Glaze
The cost is $95. Enrollment is limited and open to adults (21 and over only) on a first-come, first-served basis. Menu is subject to change.
