MOVIE DISCUSSION IN ROCKVILLE

This Sunday we will discuss the movie “Tea with Mussolini.” Surrounded by the stunning beauty of Florence, Italy prior to and during World War II, a group of British expatriates strive to preserve their way of life and inspire an appreciation for art and culture in an orphaned child. There are outstanding performances by acclaimed actors, but you are also likely to be struck by Cher’s depiction of a brash nouveau riche Jewish-American woman.

Books and Fellowship is a Jewish (yet all interested persons are welcome, regardless of religious affiliation) singles group 45+ which meets on Sundays. Twice monthly, we have lively discussions about books, movies, and/or topics. Afterwards, we go out to lunch at a nearby restaurant.
